QZD450/200, QZD630/315 automatic butt fusion plastic pipe welding machine can be managed automatically by using our auto-control system, this would eliminate any risk of error due to the operator. It is available in two versions, one is manual extraction of the heating plate, another is integrated mechanical extraction of the heating plate.
CNC butt fusion machine: from 315mm to 630mm, it composes of machine body, auto-control system, planning tool and heating plate. It is easy to use software and control panel allow to view the most widely used welding standards. By selecting any one of the standard and pipe diameter or SDR, all the welding parameters(pressure, time, temperature) would be automatically calculated according to its standard.
At the end of the welding cycle, all data are stored in the in-built memory, up to 2000 records. It is equipment with a USB port for welding report in encrypted EXCEL.
